3 Days in the Jungle
Day 1- Arrive in Belize City early
afternoon, group transport to Jungle
Lodge, check in meet for welcome
dinner.
Day 3-Start with morning Yoga, Breakfast and off for Guided Tour of Tikal Mayan Ruins crossing border to Guatemala:
•Private air conditioned tour bus pickup 7:00 am
•Spend morning taking guided tour of Tikal
•Lunch at El Muella Restaurant on the shore of Lake Petén Itza
•Local artisan shopping
•Back to lodge 5:30 pm
•Group dinner discussing day’s events
Day 2-Spend the day with a Mayan
Healer!
• Morning Yoga
• Full Breakfast
• Group transport pick up 8:00 am
• Arrive at Mayan Healer 8:30 am
• Energy Clearings
• Energy healing
• Maya Abdominal Massage
• Maya Palm Readings

4 Days on the Island
Day 4- Saying goodbye to the Jungle & Hello to the Island!
•Morning Yoga
•Full breakfast
•2 hours to relax, time to yourself
•Group transport pick up to Island 11:00 am
•Arrive at Island 1:30 pm Golf cart pick up to resort
•Check in & lunch by the pool
•2 hours to relax, swim, snorkel, walk the beach
•Intro to Soul Workshop 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
Day 5- Part 1 Soul Mastermind Intensive & Snorkel
•Morning Yoga on the beach
•Full Breakfast
•Part 1 Soul Mastermind 9:00 am -12:00 pm
•Lunch 12:00 PM - 1:30 pm
•Snorkel or explore the island (your own time)1:30 pm-5:30 pm
•Part 2 Soul Mastermind 5:30 PM - 7:00 pm
